- Determines the human resources required to sustain the mission, vision and the values of the company and hires as needed
- Creates Orientation programmes to facilitate the adaptation of newly hired personnel to the Company and their jobs
- Determines the internal and external training required to facilitate technical and personal development and implements it
- Prepares the human resources procedures and forms required to inform the staff of company practises and operations
- Prepares job definitions for all positions within the Performance Management System (PMS), supports the implementation of PMS practises, provides consulting for Company staff
- Prepares various statistical information concerning the staff
- Supplies high school and university interns as needed
- Organises motivation increasing activities
- Executes various HR projects (salaries, additional benefits, employee satisfaction questionnaires, back-up etc..)
- In order to spread throughout the Company the belief that every manager should also be a HR manager, it informs the managers of meetings, information and activities relating to Human Resources.
